COMMUNITY ALERT PROGRAM

York Regional Police is taking another step forward to ensure our community is among the safest in Canada by implementing a new public notification system called Community Alert. This system will allow York Regional Police to notify residents and businesses by telephone and email about community safety matters in their area. This could include a rash of break and enters, vehicle thefts or a missing child. The system will also be used to alert citizens in the event of an emergency.

York Regional Police is currently collecting information from members of the community interested in participating in this new and innovative program. If you are interested, please complete the information below.
